Shipping Schedule and Timeline

All products are handmade. After order payment is completed, shipping will be arranged within 3-7 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays. If items are in stock, shipping will be within 3 days - you can check with our customer service for availability.

Shopping process description

  • Add your favorite products to the shopping cart → Go to the shopping cart and click on checkout → Log in/register as a member → Select the checkout method → ​​Confirm the delivery information → Complete the purchase and confirm the order number is generated
  • Please note that there is no product inventory reservation function before the product is added to the shopping cart but not checked out. The product inventory allocation will be based on the checkout order.

Purchase Notes

  • After placing an order and paying, it is equivalent to agreeing to the return and exchange policy, which is deemed to be agreeing to accept the regulations of this store. We have the right to decide to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the regulations of this store.
  • If a package is shipped but not picked up or refused and returned (7 days after arrival), the ordering account will not be able to use this delivery method if it reaches three times.
  • The delivery time for 7-11 store pickup is about 2-3 working days, and home delivery is about 1-2 working days. If you have not received the product, please contact customer service as soon as possible. (The actual delivery time is subject to logistics conditions)
  • Please note that if you violate our ordering and return rules without reason or maliciously, the company has the right to suspend your account and refuse you from using this service, and put you on the transaction blacklist. Please pay attention.

Payment and delivery methods

  • We provide online credit card and PAYPAL, but currently do not provide payment on delivery.
  • Delivery method: 7-11 store pickup is NT$60, Black Cat home delivery is NT$130 (only on the island).
  • For convenience store pickup, please be sure to fill in the name that matches your ID card in the order form and bring your ID to pick up the package.
  • We would like to remind you that if you fail to collect your package three times (inclusive) without reason or maliciously, our company has the right to stop this delivery method. Please pay attention to your own rights.

Order query/modification method

  • Please click "Member Login", enter your email and password to log in, and you can check the processing status of your order.

Can the order be modified?

  1. Once an order is placed, it is not possible to add, delete or change order details and payment methods.
  2. Each order is processed separately, and shipping costs and package discounts are not combined.
  3. If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service.

Invoice Job Description

  • An electronic invoice will be issued and notified by email about 7 working days after the order is shipped.
  • If you need an invoice with a unified number, please indicate your unified number and its beginning in the remarks column, or inform us within 3 days after payment.
  • In order to respond to environmental protection and do our part for the earth together with our members, we provide electronic invoices to check shopping details and the system will automatically redeem your prizes.
  • According to the key points of the Ministry of Finance Order No. 1020002795 "Electronic Invoice Implementation Operation", the unified invoice information issued by consumers will be uploaded to the integrated service platform for retention within the deadline. The system will give priority to the website member account as the carrier for storing electronic invoices. Members can also choose to store them in a common carrier. In addition, after the package is shipped, the invoice details and number can be directly queried on the order as proof.
  • For relevant rules, please refer to the "Ministry of Finance Electronic Invoice Integration Service Platform". According to the unified invoice usage regulations, once an invoice is issued, it cannot be arbitrarily changed or reissued.
  • Only one original invoice will be issued for each order. If lost, no reissue will be made.
