If you have any questions about the products, please ask before purchasing. Thorough communication before purchase can save the effort, money, and time involved in refunds/exchanges.
✦ Refund and Exchange Timeline ✦
According to Consumer Protection Law, consumers have a 7-day inspection period (including holidays) after receiving goods. This 7-day period is a "consideration period" not a "trial period." If products have been opened, used, or lack completeness to the point of losing resale value, returns cannot be accepted.
If you receive damaged goods requiring return or exchange, please contact us within seven days of receipt. We will confirm the product defect or damage condition with you and proceed with the return process.
✦ When Will I Receive My Refund? ✦
After receiving your complete returned product and invoice, and confirming it meets return/exchange standards, customer service will process the return/exchange within seven business days and notify you via email upon completion.
If you have already paid, please provide the "purchaser's" "bank name, branch" and "account number." $15 NTD transfer fee will be deducted from the refund without further notice.

Returned items must be in brand new condition with complete packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to improper consumer use, disassembly, human-caused malfunction, damage, wear, scratches, dirt, damaged packaging, or incomplete invoices/accessories. Products and gifts cannot be returned once opened.

For damaged products, please contact customer service immediately on the day of receipt through "Contact Us." Please provide your order number and email address for faster service.
Defect/damage definition:
1. Product exterior damage upon receipt
2. Product content leakage upon receipt
✦ Incorrect Shipping Items ✦
If received products don't match your ordered items or quantities, please contact customer service immediately. For product protection, boxes include shock-absorbing materials - please ensure all products are removed from the box to avoid loss.
